Vic is a social entrepreneur with a vast experience of work in the community sector for over 30 years. He has organised and run successful conferences and events many times often having had the role of chair, inspirational speaker and workshop facilitator. One of his key roles has been that of an educator, working in the community sector researching, developing running learning related projects such as setting up and developing organisations, developing staff, managers and volunteers. Writing Government guidance and developing tool kits good practice and courses to support voluntary, community and social enterprises are some of his career achievements. Vic has written and delivered hundreds of different training courses over the last 20 years.

Specialities: Vic is an experienced trainer, facilitator and learning centre manager with PTTLS and NVQ Assessor qualifications. He is a recognised national expert in his field of tenant management and co-operative housing having successful established the first Tenant Management Co-operative in Yorkshire. He has carried out consultancy projects involving Social Care, Urban Regeneration, Social Enterprises.

Vic is exceptionally knowledgeable about the use of practical technology and the added value it brings to everyday problems and tasks. He has experience of designing, facilitating and delivering interactive training in computer and internet skills including office applications, media and internet services.

Being an experienced company secretary Vic has experience personal management, practising the principles of IiP in the context of community based and volunteering organisations.
